User friendly, great guidance, helpful tips, and never have a problem when filing. I've been using turbo taxes for years, saving me a ton of money in filing fees especially when my taxes are not complicated.

So easy I filed for two states and it took me to each thing that I needed to get done and the order that it needed to get done everything was very nice and descriptive and they choose for you so it's definitely well worth the money and you can do that it from your federal return but if you owe state taxes you have to schedule a payment for that

Overall simplfies doing taxes although some questions are difficult to answer. I don't understand some of the newer things added & why it causes my refund to be lower.
