Good yet pricey a bit

I think the product overall is a good one, however it is kind of expensive. I think a lower and cheaper product for working class families especially would be helpful. Also, some of the forms are a bit confusing to find and require a lot of research. I am not saying taxes shouldn't be work to do, however some people don't have the funds to shell out to tax prep employees, so a cheaper more direct product would be a bit more beneficial. Overall this product is good though.

Just milking us for more & more

To do the taxes is one fee for services. Processing is another fee. Then u have to do the nailings to the govt yourself. Then it's $25 to "get it 5 days earlier" than only who knows... And! I understand they explain u don't have to sign & consent. You can specify how long TT is allowed to disclose to the FED... BUT THEY DONT ACTUALLY GIVE US A FIELD TO ENTER IN OR SPECIFY THE DATE!🤔🤨🤯
