AUTO DOWNLOAD DOES NOT ALWAYS WORK, SO I MANUALLY ENTER.
THE NAMES/ADDRESSES FOR MY JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AND MORGAN STANLEY CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC DO NOT MATCH WITH PRIOR YEARS INFORMATION
TIRED OF ALWAYS BEING ASKED TO UPGRADE TO MORE EXPENSIVE SERVICE
TEXT MESSAGES TO VERIFY LOGIN TOOK 5 MINUTES TO BE DELIVERED BY THAT TIME I WAS ALREADY GOING THROUGH THE LONG SECURITY VERIFICATION

Was pretty simple. Typically pay hundreds of dollars and get less back

It was good, easy to do for something most people don't like to do.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Things seem to go well this year. Only wish I didn't have to pay $39 for a state where I owe nothing.

Love Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax online for many years, with no problems. The price is competitive. I love the way it leads me through the process and asks clarifying questions as needed. The fact that my current filing and years prior are available to me with nothing but a "login" is great. Highly recommend.

I did the basic $39 taxes for federal and state. It was easy to navigate and upload documents, too. I had no trouble with anything; it walked you through everything you needed. User-friendly and affordable!
