Okay overall. Support was very good. Wish I could do the 1040 BEFORE 2025 in this case to do a "dry run" to calculate RMD distribution limit prior to breaching IRMAA

The ability to have most of the forms filled out based on what was entered on last year's taxes makes the process easy. I'm confident my taxes are complete because of the questions asked in the process. The ability to instantly match last year to this year makes reviews simple

Change from desktop to online has been rocky

We've used desktop TurboTax for years with no issues. Being forced to move to the online version has been rocky - charging me for a product I could not access, no more free state filing, no rollover of years of data, no help unless you pay an additional $50, constant daily spam emails. When I did have a legitimate but simple question, the AI was useless. I was able to find the answer on the Maryland state website with minimal digging. For free. I don't really have a problem with the actual tax software, just the ham-handedness of the changeover and customer service in the search for ways to charge more.
