Meh, this is unnecessary. Middleman parasite behavior. It works just fine though, I'll still give it 5 stars because it delivers what it promises.

Best way to do taxes!

We have used TurboTax for years now, and I've always loved the convenience it provides. But this year we had some different tax situations that I didn't feel 100% confident about handling on my own. However their help articles and options to chat with an agent addressed all of those concerns, and it still ended up costing less than going somewhere to have them prepared as I was concerned we may have to do.
