Great products, hidden costs.

The only part I did not like was when I got to the end and there was a $40 processing fee. You should have said that up front. So it cost me $90 to file.

Price gouging

DISAPPOINTED, BECAUSE FEDERAL WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE, AND ONLY CHARGED FOR STATE. I GOT CHARGED FOR BOTH.
