Helpful - walked me through all of the steps and made me feel comfortable with the process. This was my first time filing on my own and not through an accountant and it was way easier than I thought! Turbo Tax really helped by going through them step by step!!
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Good Job TurboTax

Filing my taxes via TurboTax was fairly quick and painless. Majority of the information i provided was verified with no issues. The issues that I did experience were minor but still a bit annoying. Especially after spending quite some time sitting and searching for ALL the documentation needed to file accurately.

Make us pay $49 just to file then make us pay an additional $40 to pay them with our refund. They say they want to help us maximize our refund but take money from us to pay them. It's ridiculous
