Charged my credit card but said they didn't

TurboTax would not let me get beyond the payment page. I entered my credit card information 3 times and my Visa was charged each time, But Turbo Tax said the payment did not go through. I finally had to agree to take the charge off my refund to get beyond the payment page. So I was charged 4 times.

it was easy to file my taxes but all the fees are crazy.. 39 for federal 39 for state 40 for this 25 for using my checking account but you go to check it out it says for 5 days sooner.. you need to correctly label what you are paying for. people work hard for there money all to pay $150 just to fill there taxes- do better

ITS VERY FRUSTRATING AS PAYMENT REQUEST WAS MADE BEFORE I EVEN CHECK AND SEE MY FEDERAL AND STATE RETURNS. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED SAVED MY TAX RETURNS, BOTH FEDERAL AND STATE. i WAS SUPPOSED TO SAVE THEM BEFORE I E-FILE THEM. HOW AND WHERE CAN I RETRIEVE MY RETURNS FOR MY OWN FILING? SYSTEM OR YOUR SOFTWERE SHOULD HAVE PROMPTED ME TO SAVE MY TAX RETURNS BEFORE FILING. IN ANY CASE, I STILL NEED TO RETRIEVE AND SAVE MY RETURNS AND THEREFORE, PLEASE HELP. OTHER THAN THAT I LIKE TURBO TAX AND THIS IS NOT MY FIRST TIME TO USE IT - HAD BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR A LONG TIME.

This is just a scam to take money out of your taxes. Why are you charging $40 to take the $80 you charge for filing "free" tax returns? Why do I have to pay anything AT ALL to file taxes?
