just upset that u charged me almost 200 to upgrade to add my unemployment like 180.00 when my application is a simple efile not very happy I will not be using u ever again and will advise anyone else I can to not use u

Product sucks... Works slow and is painfurl to use

this product sucks. Been using Deluxe Desktop for years and was happy with it. Had same product this year and discovered while installing it would not work with Windows 10. The message said I should use online instead. Got a new laptop, but ran out of time to get working with Turbotax. When I started the long and difficult process of using online, I was told I would be able to apply the desktop purchase to the Online product use after all was entered. Only to find out that was a lie. I will never use TurboTax again.
