Keep it simple for us old school workers!

I like that it's user friendly. Keeping it simple is what I wish everything online would be. I'm old school, yet I am expected to work 40 hours/week, drive until I'm practically sleeping at the wheel and keeping up with everything else. Taxes are the hardest thing to do at my age. Thank you for making it less stressful. It did take me about 9 hours, but hey! Hopefully, next year it will be brighter and I will be faster.

Easy Use In filing income tax. It asks questions to qualify for tax reduction which is very helpful.

Hidden Fees

It's easy to work through, but they hit you with additional fees. Isn't really "just $50" and I was a little frustrated by this when my fees came out to over $100
