They say they will file for free, but if you need to file more than just one form, it's $$ +. Then they let you fill out a whole section, find out you can get some $$ back, but you cant claim it unless you upgrade again. Oh, and you want to pay with your federal? It costs more $$ to use your federal to pay. The fees and add ons are ridiculous. Let us file what we have for what we signed up to file for(free ) we are literally doing all the work, just on your platform. If you advertised the appropriate, flat rate amount, and I agreed to this amount, I wouldn't even have taken the time, after an hour of this platform, to write a review.
