I've been using Turbo Tax for a number of years. It's easy to use, provides explanations for almost everything so customers can understand, especially relating to unfamiliar tax info. I normally rate 5 stars, but every year the prices pkgs keep increasing, and they're adding more fees to the direct deposit processing. This is not good for basic/standard 1040-EZ/1040 tax filers.
