Why do I wait this long each year to file?

I have been using TurboTax for years to file my taxes, and perhaps since this is a once a year occurrence, at the end I always have to ask myself, "why did I wait so long to file, when it did not take long at all?" Hopefully writing this now it will help me remember next year to not wait as long.

Too many fees

There's too many hidden fees. This tax return system used to be free. They took a whole hundred some odd dollars just from fees and processing fees.

Good solid Product

I liked the older version of TT where you saw the form while you answered the questions. It still works ok this way but If you think of something after you have passed it up it is harder now to go back to the place on the form. In my opinion. Otherwise the program is easy to use and answer the questions.

It is absolutely absurd that you charge people to file what should be a free and easy tax return. The worst part is that companies like you actively fight to skim our money!
