over all the steps to follow are good there has been some steps that have changed and it would be easier if you give customers heads up on what documents they would be needing before starting

i enjoyed very much how very carefully the taxes are done. I also had an issue and I had to ask an expert, and she was the sweetest helper ever, and extremely patient. I appreciated that. However , I expected when turbo said free, that it was. it not only cost 39 plus another 39 for state, an aditional 40 to process, that is teriibly wrong.

So easy. I have used TurboTax for years. I love having my data imported from previous years which reduces the risk of errors. I feel confident that my data is kept safe and have never experienced any issues. Couldn't be any simpler. Also incredibly accurate making sure I am getting the best possible outcome.
