Confusing and double charges

I find your programming extremely confusing. Do you want me to pay with a credit card or with my taxes but will not tell me how much the charges until I give you all my information and you take the money out of my account. Then you charge again and again. I will not use this again.

I prefer using Turbo Tax verses local tax offices. Turbo Tax lets me work at my pace and has served my wife and I well for many years now.
