Turbotax is great.

TurboTax is NOT awesome

Constantly trying to get more money, complicating the process and making it take longer than needed by constantly having me "review" stuff so that they can prompt me to give them more money over and over again. Trying to charge $40 extra to have my money taken out of my refund instead of paying via cc/debit card. But my taxes did get filed, so 2 stars instead of 1.
