Each year I dread doing taxes because I'm extremely ADHD! I lack attention span when preparing important/ incredibly boring paperwork! TurboTax makes tax preparation less intimidating and extremely easy!

I have been using TurboTax for the last 10 years and this year was the worst experience ever. I am being charged to file my return and receiving no additional benefits! I feel as though TurboTax is stealing part of my return for no reason. I agreed to pay $39 because I had no choice due to the child tax credit. When I get to check out it reads $118 as the total due. I was charged $39 twice, one for state and one for federal. TurboTax did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to assist with my state return and I still had to pay a seperate $39 dollar fee in addition to a $40 fee to pay with my federal return!!!!! This is what I mean by stealing, because through the process of filing TurboTax gives you no information that you will be charged to use your return to pay them. TurboTax encourages you to use the return funds to make payments. Completely unsatisfactory. Definitely will not be patronizing again.
