Having to pay a fee after filing my taxes is completely ridiculous! I did not use any of the "Advanced" help options such as 'max'. And yet, I still somehow ended up needing to pay TurboTax at the end. NONSENSE!!

Nice program but watch for up charges

Filling in our information is very easy with Turbo Tax, I love that it kept my info from previous years and if something seems confusing there is usually a description on the side to help us understand the question even better. I am not a fan of the checkout/payment process, I understand the upgrade/protection options but then the filing system seems to want to trick you into paying for a quicker deposit. I am not in a rush and to get to the standard deposit option felt like I had to deny the up charge options several times, it started to feel tacky and too much of a money grab.
