Turbo Tax is a rip off!

I used Turbo Tax online last year and my situation was the exact same. I received half of the return I got last year. There is something wrong with this. I have reviewed and for the amount you charge I expect to be able to at least chat with a tax professional to see what the issue is. I will not use again!
