Good but price misleading
on February 13, 2025

Great and easy to use. I deducted a star because they tell you the price ( 31.97) then at the end it shows you owe $96. This is a very misleading practice. Plus, it didn't discount as it was supposed to for my employer

Comfort of your own home

It used to be a lot user friendly than now. Also the rates have gone up a lot. Other than that it still beats waitng in line at the irs or another agency to file
Pros: My employment status changed this year
