Turbo tax was user friendly and the support is emaculate. I have been using Turbo Tax for years now and have never had an issue with filing nor receiving my refund.

I know you lobbied to prevent automatic tax returns. Had you not done so, the government would have issued me a tax return without me having to take the time to fill all this nonsense out. I don't enjoy this and I don't like paying for it.

been use turbo tax for many years and i never had to pay for e-file federal or state why i had to pay this year? would been easier and cheaper to have done them by a pro.....very disappointed and turbo won't see me again
