Been Using it for Years, But Still Feel...

Turbo Tax is very helpful and for the most part, a relief to work with. I do not appreciate, however, that throughout the whole process they are pushing pushing pushing the "premium services" offer all to basically just secretly charge you for it in the end anyway. Basically, if you choose to e-file, pay your refund with your federal tax return, you HAVE to pay for premium services for "protection." It's kind of misleading and they should definitely disclose that information to you or they should just outright charge you and provide that protection from the get-go. It's 2025, who doesn't do things electronically at this point?

Too many add on and document fees

starts off free, then this add on, or file your state add on, then a document fee. Its never ending FEES!!
