Turbo Tax is garbage and made my life harder

Turbo Tax screwed up the Payer's Address fields on my 1099-INT forcing me to file by mail. They have no way to correct this problem. I refuse to use this product next year or ever again. Turbo Tax SUCKS!

The whole process is simplified and easy to go through. I spent extra time looking over the extra credits and found that TurboTax recommendations were accurate and trustworthy. It's user friendly. I do have to say though, I don't know when Turbo is ever actually "free" as it advertises in commercials or on it's site as you begin filing your taxes. I don't think they should be advertising that. I certainly appreciate the price that I did pay and the option for additional help and benefits for an additional fee. I could see that being very helpful in the future.
