A big scam that is impossible to avoid

They repeatedly prompted to buy more services I don’t need and the fees for paying out of my refund were literally double than if I paid upfront. Ridiculous and I wouldn’t use it except I’m forced to. It shouldn’t cost me almost $200 to file basic, boring taxes.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
