I have used your service for years and am very disappointed that after charging $49.00 for the service, there is an additional $40.00 processing fee. I could care less how much is costs to process an ACH into my account in 21 days. That fee should be included in the $49.00 I am charged to use your tax service and can assure you the nickel and diming that you are doing will be the last time you get any money from me. Loyal customer is leaving.

The product is great and super easy to use, but the advertisement of "free" is most definitely not free. If you have any deductions or additions added, you are going to pay for it. Overall though, still worth it.
