Sad filer

Cost more than it use too. Cant manual input for state taxes and charge me extra 39$ for it even though i dont really get anything back. Pretty much took my state taxes(OH). Other than that went pretty fast and easy.

TurboTax should put prices upfront

Turbotax is shady with their charges. They tell you that you can start for free, then it'll be $39, but at the end its $39 for federal, $39 for state, $55 if you want to pay the fees using your tax return (which isn't made clear, the charge is just added on at the end). It feels shady on an already stressful process.

Too costly now

I like turbotax but it has gotten ridiculous with the fees. it charges a $40 processing fee to use the money from the refund to pay. Thats just robbery. They know it doesnt cost that much to process it. But thats also on top of the $39 to actually file your tax refund. And the amount they take on top of both of those charges to get your refund 5 days sooner. Its just gotten ridiculous with the cost.

Turbo Tax isn't free

The online free isn't really free, and I couldn't use it to pull in the info from last years turbo tax on my computer. If I had known it was free I would have bought it up front and it would've been much easier. Your advertising is less than honest, shame on you, I've been using you for years, might be moving on next year.
