I have successfully used TurboTax for my income tax returns for several years. Except for occasional glitches it has been easy to use. The program has improved each year, and with my previous returns stored in the system it is less time-consuming.

I've been using this platform since 2009 and it get's progressively worse each year I use it. They just nickel and dime you. This is my last year using turbo tax

Borderline luddite here, sometimes very grumpy about learning new things, and can be generally disagreeable...I find Turbo Tax simply delightful; I can't think of anything I'd change. Used H&R Block in the past and was nickel-and-dimed endlessly. Friend recommended Turbo Tax years ago and I haven't looked back since. Site is super easy and affordable; the years I have more complicated returns, I just add the tax agent review. Love the reminder emails and optional pop-up advice as I work. Will be back again next year.
