Feel error should be corrected on your end

I could not afford additional fee to speak to someone. I feel the error should have been corrected on your end. The copy of this particular issue that I forwarded to you, had my correct city & state on it, however, the 1099-INT form completed on your end did not. You showed my (recipient) city and state to be the same of the bank and not the recipients/customer city and state. You only ask me to correct my zip code, but it was not accepted as you were not showing my city and state on my address. I could not edit my address. So I couldn't complete the ez-file.

Did not like the new format. Just wanted to enter the form number and have you send me to where I should enter the info. Too much detail for my liking. That's just me.
