Fees.

Last moment processing fees and additional charges are a "bait and switch" tactic. Either lower them, remove or expect that I will choose a different application for next year, and I've used TT for the last 15 years.

Everything was smooth process with most of the info already input. The only issue i had was i met all criteria refund advance but said i wasn’t eligible.
