TurboTax State and Federal are not friendly

I had a hard time doing my MA state tax. Your product is not friendly with retired military benefits/entries. Until now, I was not able to fix my MA state tax because of my non taxable pensions. Please contact me regarding this issue. I've been with TurboTax for more than a decade and this is the first time (and last year as well) I had difficulties filing my MA state tax return.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Fast and Easy

Fast and easy, especially filing multiple years. The only issue really is at the end with all of the add-ons, asking multiple times and slowing down the process.
