Easy and clear but sneaky expensive

Easy but there is no transparency about how much they are charging you to submit with turbotax until you've spent an hour on filing! Feels like they are preying on people not wanting to start all over elsewhere and they benefit from pulling one over on us. Mine ended up charging $88, I didn't submit for a few days while weighing other options and they knocked it down to $70 and I gave in.

A rep help me and he deserve 5 but I'll give, no stars because I just lost 300$ on fees because I mad a mistake I thank the service rep for trying ... 🤳
