sleazy marketing tactics trick you into filling out return with expensive version/product. Make sure you carefully select free/deluxe or else you'll have to start all over again

too complicated for me

I was very difficult to get through it, especially when your used to the previous tax return programs. It took m quite a while to get through it. I am 85 years old and am not used for such drastic changes from one I was very familiar with to a whole program. But I finally got it done!

followed the online instructions, easy to understand, and lead me through each necessary step to complete in short time. I am very satisfied with the program. My only disappointment is I do not have a Windows 11 PC, I prefer to use TurboTax on my PC.
