For the most part easy. some credits and deductions were hard to find and the chat box was not helpful.

The process was simple and easy to use, but uploading photos from my phone was difficult to do correctly. I ended up having to upload the documentation in a different way. I was hoping the filing would be free, but I had to pay and even paid an extra $25 for faster processing.

Because this company has decided to nickel and dime me to death, every financial option I do to make things better, they decide to yank away by saying it's "difficult to process"
