Easy and straightforward. I wasn’t sure about a few things and when i requested a call the agent called me in like 2 minutes. She was very helpful and made this process easier.

Like having a tax preparer in person. They will find an error in your answers before you file. Geez, they found it..$600 Maybe that's not alot of money for most folks But you get my drift. No matter how desperate you are filing quickly, they will find more money for you!

HIDDEN COSTS, NEVER USING THIS AGAIN.

Simple format, easy to use. HOWEVER THERE ARE HIDDEN COSTS. You force people to go through to the end and spend their time going through the their tax return, and then won't let people advance to finalize their tax form until you force them to pay.

Your service is overpriced and unwieldy. I had to log back in and resubmit my returns after I had already been told they were submitted weeks ago.
