the process is fast and simple easy to use. I have been a user for many years and have never had to pay to have my money deposited into my account. I understand the fees to file extra forms and states and such. This is very disheartening to me and will probably just go back to doing it myself by mail next year.

Quick and easy! A little on the pricey side lately - I recommend offering more coupons, or even a discount for longtime/returning customers.
