Gets worse every year

Filing took 4x longer than their estimate; which had clocked my time as complete before my taxes were even filed. Forced me to upgrade to a more expensive service because I have an HSA, saving me almost nothing more and adding a charge when I could've still filed free through other tax services. Website is riddled with hidden fees and extra service and processing charges. Gets worse every year.

I do not like the fact that i had to pay $39 dollars all because I had a 1095-A form. However, overall turbo tax is fast, simple, and the easiest way to do my taxes!
