Turbo Tax is self explanatory and super easy to use. Everything is step by step and if you don't know the answer they have the little question mark to click and help. And if that still doesn't work, you can chat with someone to explain even more.

It's gotten way too expensive.

$110 for a simple state and federal tax return (on the "cheapest" package). $40 to have the fees deducted from your returns is ridiculous. Way to stick it to the lower tax brackets.
