TurboTax is easy to use and takes you Step-by-Step

The TurboTax website is easy to use and I like the way it takes you through filing your taxes step by step. With the ever changing tax laws, I don't have to worry that I'll miss something. I've been using it since 2005 and like that I can file my Federal and State Income Taxes at the same time. When all is said and done, I can save my Tax Returns in PDF Format for future reference as well. If you're not a 'tax person', this is for you!

started with the free version of TurboTax and then went through the whole filing process while declining every upgrade to the free version i was on and at the end it still charged me fees that i couldnt cancel or figure out how i got them. Overall terrible experience but was very easy to fill out information.
