2024 taxes

Only complaint is the paymen, need to switch to pay now, and remove service $40 fee. This only happens when submit payment and then it resets. Needs to happen prior to that. I found out because I tried it, and it worked. Otherwise was stuck on fee and would not let switch payment.

Retirement Savings Credit

I think its BULLCRAP that you charge customers to upgrade just to get $200 retirement savings credit. Its not like a lot of people have the extra money to upgrade and can use everything they get back with their hard earned money.

While the process is thorough and precise, the offer for paying more for a review by an expert every time you finish a section gets annoying to the point I wanted to quit the process. Why don't you put that at the beginning and end, but not every time I hit continue.

This was my first time doing my own taxes Turbo tax was amazing it was so easy, I was nervous at first but knowing there were experts to help me when needed eased my nervousness. I would refer Turbo Tax to everyone.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
