TurboTax is user-friendly and a huge time-saver

I've been filing taxes with TurboTax for the past 8 years, and it's always been a time saver. I do plan to learn how to manually file my own taxes at some point, but in the mean time TurboTax has been incredibly helpful, user-friendly and I'm able to file Federal & State within an hour. Yes, they charge a fee, but I think it is worth it.

TurboTax should be free for Unemployment receivers

Collecting unemployment is a sad thing for a person to have to do. It shows they are not in a state for additional charges and for TurboTax to make an individual pay for their services just because they received unemployment is not right.

Turbo Tax is the Very best way to file a return

I have been using Turbo Tax to file my income taxes for many years. Now that my wife and I are both retired, it takes less time. In addition to accurate calculations, I find it helpful and time saving that Turbo Tax can bring forward my prior year's filing to compare

I had to submit my return three times over the course of a week because turbo tax would tell me it was complete and it was not. I absolutely LOVE being forced to pay for a service that doesn’t even work properly.
