DON'T GET AN HSA

I was told it would be $39 to upgrade and that I was required to upgrade because I had a HSA this past year (I'm never doing that again). So then Turbo Tax charged me $39 for the federal return AND $39 for the state return. AND THEN, at the end of everything, I was told I was being charged $118. FOR WHAT?? It did NOT increase my refund (which was originally $298 measly dollars) but instead cost me over one third of my refund. So all I got out of it was less. WHAT'S THE POINT???
