Turbo tax is good

I keep putting in my IP pen an keep getting rejected and when I go in to fix it I'm charged again why come when I put my pin in I started off getting 1700 back then I'm getting $1,500 back and now that I had to go in and do it again I'm getting 14 back so I'm being charged every time I go in to fix a problem that was fixed already

TT finally got me unfortunately.

Easy enough to use, however it shouldn't cost the entire "tax credit found" that necessitated my using the non free version of the service in the first place. I never used turbo tax because they are overpriced. Now that they've purchased enough companies to force my hand this year, I don't feel less overcharged. I plan to find another tax prep service going forward.
