TurboTax automatically upcharged me

TurboTax consistently kept asking for me to upgrade...never did. When finalizing to return, I assumed at most I would have to pay for a 2nd state filing due to w2 out of state. Somehow TT had bumped me to Deluxe instead of payment. Entered in credit card numbers before realizing this. Never hit submit payment. Tried to go back to Home screen to correct back to basic. TurboTax captured my CC info and charged $127 for what should have been a free basic return. I have spoken with 5 TT reps in total. First 2 never formalized my refund request. 3rd one finally gave me formal request refund option. Got an automated response of denial within hours. Spoke to a rep today for 45 minutes before being forwarded to a "specialist" who then said a $49 courtesy refund would be processed towards the federal return. By the nature of the return, this should have qualified for a Basic return and it should have been free. Having to contest with my CC company after I get the $49 refund. Finally got to file the return today...12 days later. TT has a software glitch as I never accepted to pay. My only mistake was leaving the CC on the screen when I tried to go back to switch to Basic. I never elected Deluxe to begin with!
