I've been using TurboTax for years, and it continues to impress me with its ease of use and efficiency. The step-by-step guidance makes even the most complex tax situations feel manageable, and I love how it simplifies everything with easy-to-understand language.

I feel like TurboTax over all the other online services does the best job explaining things. For the first time in my life, while doing taxes I understood the 'whats' and the 'whys' on my taxes. It made for a very pleasant experience for in the past with other competitors, I always felt like I didn't get good explanations on things and felt like I was guessing and when dealing with the IRS, that is a scary thing to do. Like walking a high wire on a windy day and no net.
