Easy to use, many pull downs to explain topics. Will recommend to others.

I've used Turbo Tax for years and love it

Easy to navigate. Great questions to dig in where necessary without wasting time in many unlikely situations. I appreciate the ability to pull form information directly from the IRS portal or download the form into the website and AI to pull data.

Great piece of software. It would help if it were easier to see the completed return sooner.

Unnecessary error for e-filing
on February 15, 2025

The e-filng kept erroring out over an error with ZIP code of the federal reserve. I multiple-checked the Zip code and the federal reserve has only on zip code which turbo tax would not accept.

I liked how we could pay the federal taxes through the bank and not have to send a check. I don't like being required to fill this out.
