Deceptive.

Not letting me file my taxes for free. Only options I was allowed to choose from was Deluxe which cost me around 34 dollars for both Federal and State states and Max which was more expensive. Also was going to take an additional 40 dollars from my returns if I choose to have TurboTax subtract my returns directly as opposed to using my credit card. There was no clear notifications that would happen which I believe is deceptive.

TurboTax was incredibly fast, straightforward, and user-friendly, making the entire process of filing taxes much simpler and more convenient. It guided me step-by-step, allowing me to complete everything quickly without feeling overwhelmed. The ease of use and intuitive design made it accessible for even those without much experience with taxes.
