Too complicated when it comes to pensions, employer insurance. Seems the amounts charged are not clearly stated and cost me $150 for very simple takes. $49 of that was Intuit services. Could not change the credit card, Input payment information many times and wasted almost an hour just trying to pay. Finally just did the deduct from refund option. Very frustrated by the end
