No longer satisfied with TurboTax!

I have used TurboTax for over 30 years and never had a single problem until this year. Without a CD, I was unable to download the 2024 Deluxe product. I have spent several days trying to resolve this issue. Finally today, I was able to file my 2024 taxes online. However, the filing process was not as easy since all of the tools were not available to check for the nature of errors to correct. I have cancelled my auto-renewal for future years because of this experience.
