Turbo Tax is disappointing

The service and ease of filing my taxes are great. The forcing of services that I do not need or cannot afford is unfair. You found a tax credit for me for $130, but I had to take your Turbo Deluxe to get it. When I tried to change my taxes to keep it free, you would not allow it. So with the deluxe, I end up paying $118. I have a credit of $12, maybe. The IRS may still deny the credit. Will you reimburse me if they do?
