Software is too constrained

Overall, it made filing taxes easier in many ways, but there was a value that was empty on one of my forms and the software would not allow me to leave it blank (like it was on the form). This may indicate that there is an error in the form but I had to deviate from the sheet to move forward in the software.

Using Turbo Tax has never been easier. I had 2 different software programs open, and Turbo Tax had near $1000 dollars more to my refund.

Turbo Tax is pretty simple to use. As a 25 year old guy that does not know much about taxes I only had to do a little research outside of the website to understand what was being asked of me. Overall pretty good experience!
Pros: My employment status changed this year
